Eligible students may request a payment plan that divides tuition into scheduled payments. All payment terms must be approved before classes begin and included in the student’s Enrollment Agreement.

Workforce Training Funding

Not currently available for individual student enrollment

CDTI plans to pursue approval as an eligible workforce-training provider after the required waiting period. CDTI and the Cyber Defense Operations Program are not currently approved for WIOA individual training funding.

• Seat holding fee: $300

• Pay-in-full price: $2,340

• Savings: $260, about 10%

Veterans & Educator Tuition Discount

Veterans & Educator Tuition Discount

10% tuition discount for eligible veterans, active-duty service members, National Guard members, reservists, and educators.

CDTI offers a 10% tuition discount on eligible training programs.

Cyber Defense Operations Program:
$7,800 standard tuition reduced to $7,020.

CompTIA Security+ Prep:
$2,600 standard tuition reduced to $2,340.

The $300 non-refundable enrollment or seat-holding fee is included in the discounted tuition total and is not an additional charge.

Proof of military service or current employment with a recognized school or educational organization is required before enrollment.

Discounts cannot be combined with other CDTI tuition discounts.

CDTI Community Opportunity Scholarship

One full-tuition scholarship awarded each year

Cyber Defense Technology Institute plans to provide one full-tuition scholarship each year to a qualifying applicant who demonstrates financial hardship and a strong commitment to completing the 9-month Cyber Defense Operations Program.

This scholarship applies only to the 9-month Cyber Defense Operations Program and does not apply to the 3-month Cybersecurity Training & CompTIA Security+ Prep program.

The scholarship is intended for applicants who cannot afford tuition and who do not qualify for sufficient assistance through workforce funding, Idaho LAUNCH, employer assistance, or other available resources.

The selected student must meet CDTI’s admission requirements, attend the required class schedule, and remain in good academic and attendance standing.
